You can now book a cab from Ola on Haptik's chat assistance app

Haptik partners with Ola to extend end-to-end cab booking over instant messaging.

Haptik Inc has announced a partnership with Ola Cabs, to offer an additional layer of convenience to cab bookings. This partnership will allow users to book cabs end-to-end with a simple message on chat, on Haptik’s Personal Assistant app across any of the 102 cities that Ola is present in.

Sudarshan Gangrade, Vice President of Marketing at Ola said, "We're excited to open up Ola's API on Haptik, enabling a seamless, fast & reliable personal transportation experience for their users. Through this first of its kind integration, users can now book a cab end-to-end over chat on the Haptik app". All the user will have to do now is download the Haptik app, go to the travel channel and request for a cab by tapping on the task. A Haptik assistant will then confirm the user’s location, and find the nearest, and cheapest, cab available nearby, and make a booking within a few seconds. The end to end transaction will be absolutely seamless with a combination of both AI and human effort.

"Ola is the undisputed market leader today, and this partnership meets our goal of providing seamless cab booking services over a simple Haptik message in all major cities in the country".
