JAIPUR: Pakistani actress of yesteryear Zeba Ali, who had come to Ajmer to pay homage to the shrine of Khwaja Moinuddhin Chishti, was on Tuesday sent back to Delhi on charges of violating visa norms, police sources said.

From the travel document of the 63-year-old actress, it was found that she had permission only to travel in Delhi and Roorkee in Uttarakhand, a senior CID official in Ajmer said.

He said Ajmer was not permitted in her visa.

The official said she was asked to leave Ajmer on Tuesday itself.

He said the actress was also "black listed" by Rajasthan Home Department. She is expected to fly back to Pakistan on Wednesday.
