What an ‘Anubhav’!

Hobnobbing with the cast and crew of director Rajeev Nath’s film that spotlights an actor-turned-gigolo

Synopsis:
Anubhav (Sanjay Suri) and Aadi (Anoop Menon) are products of a theatre academy. They nurture Bollywood dreams which seem unattainable. Anubhav meets Meera (Gul Panag) who is his fan. Eventually, they get married against the wishes of Meera’s affluent parents. Ibrahim Vakil (Jackie Shroff), a theatre guru, becomes their patron.

Later in an extraordinary turn of fortunes, Anubhav meets pimp Vanraj (Raj Zutshi).

Anubhav turns a gigolo serving widows and desperate housewives. Strangely, the actor in him slowly begins to enjoy this new pursuit. He sees each client as an opportunity to experiment his untapped histrionics. This eventually leads to a climax where fate plays a game questioning the worth of his actions.
