Case against Carol Gracias

The Marine Drive police lodged a FIR  on Thursday after an additional chief metropolitan magistrate’s court at Esplanade ordered a probe into the wardrobe malfunction during the Lakme India Fashion Week involving models Carol Gracias and Gauhar Khan.

Senior PI Dilip Chavan said the court ordered the police on June 17 to probe the malfunction.

Hearing a complaint filed by Om Prakash Rajdeo, 44, contractor, the court asked the police to submit a report by August 17. In his complaint, Rajdeo alleged the police gave a clean chit without investigating thoroughly.
