After being tired of being seen in formal wear for almost an entire week, it’s time to go casual and stylish on a Friday.
And we’re giving you five days to arrange your wardrobe! Without compromising on the clothes, add style and class to your Friday look. Play around with accessories and make-up to look uber cool on a Friday.
After Hrs gets model Jigar Shah to dress up rather stylistically for the look. Jigar has been in several ad campaigns and has endorsed several leading brands.
“I really enjoyed shooting for Look of the Week column and the makeover was quite a transformation. Robert and his team worked their magic on my face and the outfits were classy — I had a great time,” says Jigar.
Style that hair
One can afford to experiment a little on a Friday and that’s just what stylist Sober did. To begin with, Sober ironed Jigar’s hair and followed it up with spikes. To add a little twist, the spikes weren’t uniform but a little messed up! To set the look, he used hair spray and gel to make sure the hairdo lasts the whole evening.
Contour my face
The only thing a casual look requires is a clean face. So, Amarjit first cleansed his face to remove excess oil. He then used a concealer and followed it up with a foundation. After that, he contoured Jigar’s face in order to highlight his features.
Check that outfit
Since Friday calls for casual wear, one can play around with casual, yet classy outfits for the day. Jigar picked black trousers from Scullers and matched it perfectly with a stylish purple shirt. The ensemble suited the theme, without making him look to uptight or casual.
Accessorise me
Choosing the right add-on plays an important role in perfecting the look. Too many accessories will spoil the show and Jigar was already aware of that. So, he chose to go simple. He picked up a pair of black shoes that went with the entire look and strapped on a leather belt to complete the ensemble. He also wore a matching tie and a metal strap watch to complete the look.
