Do you see a rabbit or a duck? Psychologists claim your answer to this optical illusion says a lot about your brain.

The image, which has suddenly taken off on social media, is titled Kaninchen und Ente - Rabbit and Duck and  first appeared in 1892 in a German magazine.

It first gained a lot of attention when Ludwig Wittgenstein, an Austrian-British philosopher used it as an example of how you can see the same thing in two ways.

Joseph Jastrow, a Polish-American psychologist, also used the image in his fascinating study on perception. His research showed the more you quickly flip between seeing a duck and a rabbit, the more creative person you are.

His findings also revealed children were more likely to see a rabbit if they viewed the picture at Easter and see a duck in October.

So just how creative are you?
