'Man-eater' leopard killed in Dehra Dun

A leopard, which had terrorised villagers in the district and was declared man-eater by the forest department, has been shot down.

A team of hunters from UP killed the leopard yesterday in the forests of Jhajara region, official sources said today.

The leopard had attacked and injured a number of people in Selakui, Dhulkot and other areas under rural Vikas Nagar region in the district, the sources said.
