KS Sudarshan's remarks on Sonia Gandhi will affect Sangh: RSS

The statements made by former RSS chief KS Sudarshan about UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi will affect the Sangh, the Punjab unit of the party said today.

"In my view Sudershanji's remark is not correct, it will affect the image of RSS. It may bring losses to the Sangh," RSS Punjab chief Brijbhushan Bedi said.

He said that the RSS had already distanced itself from these remarks as RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had made it clear that it does not represent the views of the organisation.

Bedi alleged that for minority appeasement some political parties used words like 'Hindu terrorism' or 'saffron terrorism' to defame the Hindus and the nation.
