Four naxals arrested at Gadchiroli

Four Naxals were arrested following an encounter with Gadchiroli police at Dhanora taluka in the district, police said today.

The Naxal quartet, who are yet to be identified, were arrested last night, they said.

Thirteen firearms including 11 self-loading rifles, one country-made pistol and a modified 303 rifle were recovered from the Maoists, they said.

The Naxals will be brought to the district headquarters later in the day, they said adding no one was injured in the encounter.
