"Since Kingfisher had decided not to operate flights on certain routes, we have not listed them in the slots and those are lying vacant," an airport official said.
Facing funds-crunch, Kingfisher had announced that it would be operating only 300 flights out of the scheduled 340, saying those were causing heavy losses to the company.
Crisis-hit Kingfisher has cancelled over 200 flights since last week.
Earlier today, the Director General of Civil Aviation E K Bharat Bhushan said he would take a decision on giving unused slots of Kingfisher, SpiceJet and IndiGo to other airlines.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation had issued notices to Kingfisher, SpiceJet and IndiGo for non-utilisation of slots alloted to them and not flying as per their approved schedules.
Indicating that unused slots could be transferred to other airlines, Bhushan said, "We have asked airport operators to give details of slots not being utilised by any airline. We will take decisions under the Route Dispersal Guidelines (RDG). Airports will give me more information about unutilised slots."
Airlines are allotted slots as per their flight schedules approved by the DGCA. They have to inform the regulator in advance if they plan not to use these slots in accordance with the laid down rules.
