Ahmedabad businessman faked his kidnapping: Sex worker

Putting an end to all speculations in alleged kidnap of businessman Hiten Shah alias Himmat, one Bijal approached Vastrapur police and gave a statement, saying that Shah was never kidnapped. The girl told police that she is a sex worker. 

Vastrapur police on April 15 had arrested Narsinh Rabari and four of his accomplices for kidnapping Shah. They had kept Shah in a house on Ghuma Road.  But Bijal's statement negates every story in the alleged kidnapping. Shah was not kidnapped by Rabari and his friends, Bijal told police. 

On April 12, Bijal was hired by Shah for Rs700 for her services. They then went to Rabari’s place in Ghuma. "Shah made me uncomfortable with his demands. When I refused his advances, he declined to pay me my dues. I called my husband to help me out of the situation," said Bijal.

"My husband came with Rabari and his friends to the house. Shah concocted this 'kidnap' story to save face,” Bijal told cops.
