Why Kareena turned down 'Badshaaho'

Saif Ali Khan is known to be choosy about his films especially as some of his last releases didn't fare so well at the box office.

But when director Milan Luthria offered him a role in Badshaaho to play a parallel role with Ajay Devgn, the younger actor refused. Naturally so did his biwi Kareena Kapoor after that.

Says a source, “Saif and his wife Kareena were both offered roles in the film but the makers wanted Saif to take a fee cut. Saif was very clear that he wouldn't do that and turned down the offer. Kareena too decided to opt out as it wouldn't suit her to do a film that was unfair to her husband.”
