Madhuri Dixit in Baahubali 2?

Baahubali created a sensation at the box office and SS Rajamouli is all set to begin shooting for the sequel. While the cast is prepping up to reprise their role in Baahubali 2, here's an interesting piece of news that reached us, straight from the sets. Someone's joining the leading cast of Baahubali in the second instalment. Who? Madhuri Dixit!

Yes, the actress has been approached to play a key role in the two-parter war drama. What's the role? Madhuri has been roped in to play Anushka Shetty's sister in the second part. Has she signed on dotted lines? No, tells our sources. She's still in discussion level with the team and will take a call soon. 

The role is not a prominent one and is more of a special appearance. But given that the film has already set benchmarks, Mads might just agree to be a part of it. Interestingly, even Sridevi did a Puli, which though promoted as her film, hardly had enough screen time for her. 

Now it needs to be seen if Mads gives a nod to Baahubali- The Conclusion. But if she does, Rajamouli will pull off one of the biggest casting coups for sure!
