Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are set to throw their second wedding reception in Mumbai today
The Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone wedding mania isnt’t showing any signs of dying down. The couple got married last week but they are still very much in the headlines owing to their impending wedding ceremonies. DeepVeer, as they are fondly addressed, are all set to host their second reception in the city of dreams, today.
The couple hosted their first wedding reception on November 21 in Bengaluru which had their family members, close friends from the sports industry, business and Tollywood in attendance. The Grand Hyatt has been chosen as the venue for the celebrations in Mumbai which will begin from 8pm tonight. Like all their previous ceremonies, this one too, will be an intimate affair with only close friends and family members in attendance.
The invitation card for the wedding reception was simple yet classy. The couple will host yet another reception at The Grand Hyatt on December 1 for their colleagues and friends from the film fraternity. For her Bengaluru reception, Deepika wore an elegant golden saree gifted to her by her mother Ujjala Padukone, while Ranveer looked royal in a black-golden Rohit Bal sherwani. Ranveer's sister Ritika also threw a wedding bash for the couple a few days ago.
Fans are waiting with bated breath, to see their Mumbai reception outfits. Ranveer and Deepika fell in love on the sets of their film Goliyon ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. Soon after the speculations were rife that the they are dating each other but the couple remained tight-lipped about their relationship. However, the ‘it’ couple of Bollywood never shied away from expressing their love for each other at media events and on social media. They dated for six years before finally tying the knot on November 14 at Lake Como in Italy.
