There is no stopping Deepika Padukone, this year, at Cannes Film Festival
The Cannes Film Festival has kicked off in France, and our Indian beauties are leaving no stone unturned in making their presence felt. After turning heads on the red carpet in a dramatic Peter Dundas gown on Day 1, Deepika Padukone gave us four new looks on Day 2 in rapid succession.
Her Day 2 wardrobe comprised of a striped pant suit, a black tulle dress, romantic sheer blouse and white pants and a floral dress.
It is Padukone's third year attending the festival as the L’Oréal Paris Global Ambassador and she has never looked more comfortable in her skin. She is owning each and every look of hers like a bawse. It's also refreshing to see her experiementing with her sartorial choices. Her husband Ranveer Singh, who has quite a bit of reputation of having an outrageous fashion sense, seems to have passed on some of his panache to Deepika.

1. Bawse Lady

For her first look on Day 2, Deepika donned a wide-legged striped pant-suit by LOEWE and teamed it with orange pointed pumps to add a pop of colour.
2. As Deepika says, 'Close Up toh banta hai'

She left her hair loose and finished off the boss lady look with a pair of skinny sunglasses.
3. Pop of Neon

The 33-year-old hit it out of the park with her second look for the day. Deepika picked a black voluminous tulle dress from Off White's Spring 2019 RTW collection. The neon green cheetah print panel on the top left and the matching straps made the dress stand out. But, the pop of neon did not stop at the gown, as DP added more zing to her look with round sunglasses and a cheetah-print clutch of the same colour. The look stood out even more thanks to the Off White sneakers.
4. Sheer Stunner!

For her third look for the day, Deepika flirted with sheer. She wore a romantic blouse in semi-sheer white tulle with tone-on-tone embroidery and puff sleeves with matching lace bralette underneath and teamed it with off-white baggy trousers by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini.
5. Like Ice on Fire

She completed her look with nude Jimmy Choo heels, Marc Jacobs sunglasses and gold jewellery by Alighieri.
6. Flower Power!

The fourth one was a long floaty floral dress by Erdem with a large bow at the neck. DP added the much-needed drama to her look by teaming the dress with a heavyduty black leather coat.
