They say a day without giving, is a day gone waste. To do their deed of the day, Pantaloons and DNA with the Pantaloons Femina Miss India winners have started a campaign called ‘Toys for Joys’ where the poor children from SOS Care India are presented toys donated by customers of Pantaloon.

SOS India is an NGO working with children in need.  The main aim of ‘Toys for Joys’ is to bring a smile on the faces of children deprived of such joys of life. It encourages all the customers of Pantaloons to donate their children’s old toys and support the cause.  All the Pantaloons stores across India have tied up with SOS India for the same.

Recently, winners of Pantaloons Femina Miss India - Pooja Chopra, Ekta Choudhary and Shriya Kishore - visited a Pantaloon’s store in Mumbai to distribute toys to kids of SOS India.

The stores have also kept a special collection area, where customers can donate their old toys for this cause. As a mark of commitment towards this cause, Pantaloons will issue its customers, vouchers against every toy they donate. These vouchers can then be redeemed on any purchases made from the kid-wear section.  Pantaloons has also organised a drawing competition on May 3 for poor children, at its store in Gulmohar Park.

DNA is also organising summer workshops for young children from May 7. Around 200 kids will participate in the workshop and will also be donating their toys for the same initiative.
