Kerala CM to submit resignation on Friday

KOTTAYAM: Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will be submitting his resignation on Friday at Thiruvanathapuram.

Talking to reporters here after winning the Puthupally assembly seat, Chandy accepted responsibility for the Congress-Led UDF's rout, but said there was no anti-government wave.

The front accepted the verdict of the people, he said. Nobody can change the development agenda set for the state, he said and thanked the party workers, Kerala PCC President, Ramesh Chennithala and former Chief Minister A K Antony for their cooperation.
