MIDC police crack one-year-old murder mystery

The MIDC police have claimed to have solved the murder of a 24-year-old woman, who was killed a year ago. 

According to the police, one of the three persons— Zuber Ahamad Basir Ahamad Idrashi,  Sayyad and Karti—arrested for killing a 38-year-old housewife in Andheri was the culprit.

The police said the case was solved after checking Sayyad’s criminal records. “On questioning one of his friends, Asif Khan, it was learnt that Sayyad had  murdered his wife Tamanna in-front of Khan in Aarey Colony last year and dumped his body,” said inspector Mohan Waghmare.
