Come October 31, thousands of tea vendors, saloon employees and pan shops throughout the state would be spreading the good-work done by the Devendra Fadnavis government in the last one year. It would be through a special campaign for achieving the goal of communicating rather than celebrating Fadnavis government's one year in office.

Instead of celebrating, the chief minister wanted to communicate the one year in office for his government and accordingly, the BJP state unit along with other experts have been deployed to talk about their achievements.

A meeting held on Monday night chalked out a detailed strategy for disseminating the achievements by extensive use of social media as well as deploying the tea vendors, pan stalls and saloons for the mouth publicity of the government's achievements.

The core team — which has also decided to deploy social media — has prepared a list of more than 2,500 achievers from the society and this pool of almost 75-80 local celebrities from every district would be spreading the word for government through social media.

An official from chief minister's office informed dna that the local celebrities would be tweeting the achievement of Fadnavis government. All the regional heroes and achievers would be sending tweets or through their face-book pages would be spreading the important decisions and their benefits for the local areas.

The official pointed out that the ban on cow slaughter has been advocated by a few religious leaders from Warkari Sect for the last 15-20 years. Now, since our government has taken the decision, we would be asking these religious leaders or keertankaars to convey our achievements, he added.
