A week has passed since the murder of the techie, but police are yet to nab the mastermind behind the crime.
On Monday, the 19 arrested in the case were produced before judicial magistrate (first class) Jyoti Kotnis, and remanded in police custody till June 13.
Joint Commissioner (law and order) Sanjay Kumar said: "Investigation is going on. HRS founder Dhananjay Desai is yet to be questioned in connection with Mohsin's murder. We shall arrest him soon for his alleged role in criminal conspiracy under IPC 120B."
"The cyber cell is yet to trace the Internet Protocol (IP) from where the objectionable matter was uploaded. The URL is not from Pune," he added.
Assistant public prosecutor Pandit Jadhav said: "Police have recovered the bat and sticks used for beating up Mohsin from the accused. They have also recovered major clues and have some sensitive information. It has to be verified. For this, the custody of those arrested is essential. The accused have not revealed who the mastermind is, though."
