According to Navare the digitaldabbawala.com may even start services like making of aadhar cards, changing names on documents or making other government documents. Anulom will soon train 5000 dabbawalas for digital services. Ganesh Adhari, a dabbawala, said, "When we distributed pamphlets of digitaldabbawala.com to our regular customers, they first thought that we were going online with our dabba services. But the website is to let them know that we have expanded our services from dabbas to digital services."
