Jet Airways, the country's premier international airline, has announced a special offer for its international flights from India to destinations in the SAARC, ASEAN, Europe and Canada regions.

The discount is also available on Jet Airways flights originating from Paris, Canada, Brussels, ASEAN and SAARC regions and its newly started international destination -- Amsterdam.
For travellers flying from Canada and Paris can get a discount of Canadian dollar 30 (approximately Rs 1,431.03) on base fares, while if you book a flight from Paris, a discount of 10% on the base fare can be availed. However, December 29, Tuesday, is the last day to avail discounts for both these destinations and the travel period starts from January 11, 2016.
Similarly, the airline is offering 10% discounts on the base fares to Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and South Asian Association For Regional Cooperation (SAARC) regions and the last booking date is December 29. The travel dates remain the same as before.
In addition, Jet Airways is also offering 10% discount on the base fares for booking a direct flight from India to Canada, Europe and the Gulf region and for flights originating from the SAARC region if tickets are booked from December 30, 2015 to January 3, 2016. The travel period remains the same as before.
Jet Airways travellers flying from ASEAN regions can also get a discount of 10% on air tickets till December 31, 2015, while the travel period is effective January 11, 2016.
All direct flights of Jet Airways operating between December 30, 2015 to January 3, 2016, period from Brussels may provide a 5% discount on base fares to travellers when they book their travel onboard. The travel period remains the same.
Similarly, Jet Airways has started a 5% discount on base fares on direct flights originating from Amsterdam for booking flights between December 30, 2015 to January 3, 2016. The travel validity will be effective from March 27, 2016, with the commencement of operations from or to Amsterdam.
No-frills airline SpiceJet had, on Monday, had also announced a four-day sale, offering one-way base fares as low as Rs 716 on direct flights on domestic routes.
As a part of this sale launched on Monday, customers interested can book tickets till midnight on December 31 for a journey period between January 15 and April, 2016.
The special fares under "Happy New Year Sale" are available for flying on domestic routes, SpiceJet said in a release.
Tickets under this offer are partially refundable (only taxes and fees) and changeable with a change fee and payment of fare difference, the airline added.
SpiceJet operates 293 daily flights to 40 destinations, including six international routes, with a fleet of 25 Boeing 737s, 14 Bombardier Q-400s and two Airbus A320 family planes.
