The kind of enthusiasm and energy crowd has shown on the way to welcome PCC chief Sachin Pilot during Kisan Nyay Pad Yatra signifies that he is the sole leader in the state Congress, said Bharat Sharma, PCC member and party in charge Jhalawar. He made it clear that the party is undergoing a generation shift and Pilot is the accepted leader of the party and also enjoys support from senior party leaders.
The yatra will cover about 100 kms. Pilot on the third day treaded around 30kms and reached Mandawar village of Jhalawar district on Thursday evening. On the way, Pilot received a rousing welcome from across the sections of society including the farmers.
