Website offers election analysis

A Hyderabad-based software firm has come out with a commercial website offering election-related data, analysis and consultancy.

The website, www.partyanalyst.com, was launched today by Lok Satta President and MLA N Jayaprakash Narayan, and MLC Chukka Ramaiah.

Ashok Dakavaram, CEO of IT Grids (India) Pvt Ltd, which has produced the portal, said that it was a "one-stop online election analysis platform".

"The product is a one-stop online, comprehensive, illustrative, powerfully integrated election analysis and management platform...offering a plethora of solutions to all stake holders of elections in India including the political parties, politicians, print and electronic media and the voters," he said.

Access to the web portal is on subscription basis, and political parties and media would be the main business targets, he said.

Jayaprakash said on this occasion that people, particularly youth, must exercise their franchise, to vote right people to power.
