Vaishnodevi pilgrim dies of heart attack

A Vaishnodevi pilgrim today died of heart attack at Katra, base camp of the shrine, in Reasi district, police officials said here.

38-year-old Tirath Kalyan, on his way to cave shrine, suffered the heart attack at Katra, 50 kms from here, they said.

He was rushed to a hospital, where he died, they said, adding that his body has been handed over to his family members after post mortem.
