Two persons were killed and 13 others injured in separate road accidents in Kashmir valley today, a police spokesman said.

Two persons were killed and 13 others injured in separate road accidents in Kashmir valley today, a police spokesman said.

Mohammad Ramzan Mir alias Rizwan, a resident of Lasjan, was killed when he was hit by a truck near Nowgam railway station on the outskirts of the city, he said.

In another incident, the conductor of a mini-bus, Mudasir Ahmad Malik, resident of Binner, was killed and 10 others injured when the vehicle in which they were travelling in was hit by a bus at Janbazpora in Baramulla district.
   
A mentally-challenged person, Bilal Ahmad Wani was critically injured after being hit by a truck at Donipora while Mohammad Ismal Sheikh was hit by a carrier at Seer Hamdan, both in Anantnag district. In another incident, Zahoor Ahmad Mir was hurt when he was hit by a car at Putushahi-Lolab in Kupwara district.
