Tracking the calls of a stolen mobile phone has helped the police to arrest three college students allegedly involved in loot in Orissa's Ganjam district today, police said today.
 
Three students of KSUB College, Bhanjanagar had allegedly looted about 10 tolas of gold ornaments and a mobile phone from the residence a lecturer on October 31 last.
 
The trio had committed the crime threatening the wife of the lecturer Uma Charana Swaim of the same college and fled from the spot.
 
The calls made to the mobile phone were tracked and the three were nabbed near the bus-stand in the town, inspector in-charge local police station Ashok Kumar Parida said adding the stolen ornaments and the cell phone have been seized from them.
