Chilly winds blew over the national capital this morning, which experienced a clear sky and a rise in the mercury after it hit the season's lowest.
The mercury may drop a bit tomorrow, the weatherman said.

The maximum temperature recorded at 12.10pm was 19.6 degree Celsius, which is four degrees below normal.
The Met Office said winds blowing since early morning were the reason for the rise in temperature. It said the minimum and the maximum are likely to hover around 8 degree and 22 degree C tomorrow.
Delhi will have mainly clear sky with some mist in the morning tomorrow, the Met office predicted. The visibility was better today in comparison to the last few days.
According to statistics provided by weather office, the minimum temperature for the month of December is 8.2 degree C and the maximum is 23 degree C.
The lowest-ever minimum temperature for this month is 1.1 degree C recorded on December 26, 1945, while the highest maximum was 29.3 degree C recorded on December 3, 1987.
