Petition for judicial probe in Isro espioange case referred to division bench

Kerala high court today referred a writ petition seeking judical
probe into the ISRO espionage case to a division bench.

According to petitioner PA Vishwambaran, former officer of Intelligence Bureau, he had approached the state government
on July 13, 2006 seeking for a judicial inquiry into the case. However, no action has been taken by government till date, he said.

Justice S Sirijagan referred the case to a division bench.
