Merit lists for admissions to class 11 in city schools were out on Wednesday. Merit lists of quite a few popular schools in the city had a considerably low cut off percentage for its own students, as against those from outside the school.
AG high school's cut off level for its own students was 44.33%, whereas the same for outside students was 91.33%.
Diwan Ballubhai High School (Kankaria)'s cut off for its students was 91.66%, and for other school students it was 94%.
Similarly, St. Xavier's School, Mirzapur, admitted its own students at 68.66%, whereas other school students had to show 89%. Damubhai Shukla High School (Paldi)'s cut off was 90% and 93% respectively for its own students and those from other schools.
Vidhyanagar High School's cut off was 92.67% and 94.67% similarly. Cut off marks of CN Vidyalaya for its own
students was 91.33% and for other school students, it was 94%.
