Coast Guard personnel have arrested 19 Pakistani fishermen and seized three of their boats after they entered the Indian waters from near Jakhau of Kutch district, official sources said here today.
 
The three boats -- Al Kher, Al Haider and Razzak -- fishing in Indian waters were intercepted by Coast Guard's Tarabai ship yesterday, the sources said.

The fishermen, along with their boats, were brought to Okha coast of Jamnagar district today, they said, adding the police started inspection of the boats and various security agencies were questioning the arrested.

BSF had in last week of October seized a Pakistani boat which had intruded into Indian waters near Sir Creek area of Kutch but its occupants managed to escape.

On August 16, BSF had apprehended nine Pakistani nationals along with their boat from creek area which was followed by the arrest of five Pakistani fishermen from Devri creek area on October 5.
