I-T sleuths search 22 premises of Ankur Oil Ltd in Ahmedabad

Directorate of Investigation of the Income-Tax (I-T) department on Wednesday carried out search operations on 22 premises of Ankur Oil Ltd. Sources in the department said that these 22 premises belong to owner of the company Pradeep Khetani, and his partners in realty business - Dashrat Patel and Kaushik Patel.

According to sources, offices and residences of the three in Kalupur, Ambawadi, Gandhinagar, Sola, Dilli Darwaza and Ranip were searched. The main office of the company is in Kalupur. Sources said that apart from the edible oil and construction business, Khetani is also into financing of bullion.

Sources said that some of the real estate projects of the three include Shanti Builders, Shanti Corporation, and Gajanand Corporation.
