The bomb used in Israeli car blast on Fenruary 13 could not have been bigger than a palm top, according to Delhi Police Commissioner BK Gupta.
Gupta said that the Indian security agencies are seeking information from Georgia and Bangkok on blasts there.
Pieces of magnetic devices and explosives were recovered from the blast site and five people were detained in connection with the incident but later let off, added Gupta.
