BSF apprehends man near Indo-Pak border in Gujarat

Border Security Force (BSF) has handed over to police a man who was found roaming under suspicious circumstances near Indo-Pak border.

BSF handed him to Santalpur police station, police said today.

The man, about 35-years-old, was apprehended by the BSF late last night after he was found roaming near border pillar 976/3F.

According to police, two Pakistani currency notes of Rs5 and Rs20 were recovered from the man. Police have not learnt his name, nor have they confirmed his nationality yet.

Police said that a case has been registered against him and further investigation was on.
