Army smashes Hizb-ul-Mujahideen commander's hideout in J&K

The hideout belonged to Hizb 'commander' Qari Zubair who was killed in a gunbattle with security forces in February this year.

Army Thursday smashed the hideout of a slain "commander" of militant outfit Hizb-ul-Mujahideen in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district.

The hideout belonged to Hizb "commander" Qari Zubair who was killed in a gunbattle with security forces in February this year.

Three blankets, a 10-litre jerrycan, a battery charger, a radio set antenna and some utensils were found in the hideout, the army said.
