Why has Shahid Kapoor gone missing after engagement rumours with Mira Rajput?

Yesterday saw an uproar on Shahid Kapoor’s personal life. Revelations came to notice that the actor is secretly engaged to his Delhi based girlfriend Mira Rajput and is soon to also tie the knot by the end of this year. It is certainly the biggest and the most shocking news to get everyone talking! Shahid could have got a clearance to this by taking to the social media. But no why would he? Instead, he chooses to stay mum on the whole marriage controversy!

We checked his social media handles to see if the 34-year old actor has said ‘something’ regarding his engagement or marriage. However, Sasha, who is otherwise quite active on Twitter and Instagram, posted nothing, mind you ‘nothing’ since yesterday. Neither a picture, nor a tweet, he’s turned deaf ear to the whole issue. Strange right? Knowing how 20-year old Mira’s name has been tossed to numerous speculations, Sasha should either accept or nullify the whole episode. Now that’s how anyone would do to put an end to a controversy, right?

Then why is Shahid maintaining silence? Is he confirming his link up with Mira by staying mum? Or is he waiting for things to settle down and make an official clearance soon?
