"We have only one enemy. He corrupts everyone and everything."

If in Mockingjay Part 1 , Katniss Everdeen was struggling to come to terms with being the symbol of the Rebellion, with Mockingjay Part 2 she seems more than comfortable with it. In the last film of The Hunger Games franchise, we see the darkest version of Katniss yet, one hungry for vengeance.

With the latest film, director Francis Lawrence has scaled up the world of The Hunger Games to give us a sense of the civil war that is set to topple the autocratic government in the fictional nation of Panem.

In the books, the Mockingjay is perhaps the least visual book, focussing more on Katniss' inner turmoil and struggles with PTSD than on all the action and war that surrounds her. This is why the Mockingjay films are the most exciting ones of the franchise. They build on the narrative of the book, giving even readers something new to look forward to.

From what the trailer shows us, President Snow has more than a few new stumbling blocks to throw in the way of the Rebellion before the grand finale at the Capitol.

In the words of Finnick Odair, 'Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 76th Hunger Games'.

The film starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Donald Sutherland and Julianne Moore is set to release on November 20, 2015
