The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards are just a day away. It's the most prestigious recognition bestowed upon an artist working for the small screen by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

This year of TV was dominated by the Drama series across the platforms. Be it the HBO hurricane called Game of Thrones, AMC's Better Call Saul, or the Netflix powerhouse Orange is the New Black which is finally now in the category it should have always been.

After the big sweep by Breaking Bad at last year's Emmy, this time, when people thought the turf has finally opened for all, there has never been a clearer front runner in each category. That front runner is Mad Men. The honour might come to them after the series concluded on a high note and Coca Cola's most iconic commercial. Jon Hamm's Don Draper will finally take that shining trophy home.

The Drama category has a tough tussle going on between the nominees, but most of the categories have clear winners emerging. Let's take a look.

Best Actor in a Drama

The Nominees:
Kyle Chandler for Bloodline
Jeff Daniels for The Newsroom
Jon Hamm for Mad Men
Bob Odenkirk for Better Call Saul
Liev Schreiber for Ray Donovan
Kevin Spacey for House of Cards

Winner last year - Bryan Cranston for Breaking Bad

Who will win - Jon Hamm for Mad Men is a sure winner here. No more questions please!

Possible upset - What did I just say?

Best Actress in a Drama

The Nominees:
Claire Danes for Homeland
Viola Davis for How to Get Away with Murder
Taraji P. Henson for Empire
Tatiana Malsany for Orphan Black
Elisabeth Moss for Mad Men
Robin Wright for House of Cards

Winner last year - Juliana Margulies for The Good Wife

Who will win - There is a neck to neck competition between Taraji P Henson who plays Cookie Lyon in hip-hop drama Empire and two-time Oscar nominee Viola Davis who plays Annalise Keating in the series How to Get Away from Murder from the house of Shonda Rhimes. But I am putting my money on Viola Davis here.

Possible upset -  Tatiana Malsany for Orphan Black. Emmy just might grant the wishes of all the nerds and geeks around the globe.

Best Supporting Actor in a Drama

The Nominees:
Jonathan Banks for Better Call Saul
Jim Carter for Downton Abbey
Peter Dinklage for Game of Thrones
Alan Cumming for The Good Wife
Michael Kelly for House of Cards
Ben Mendelsohn for Bloodline

Winner last year - Aaron Paul for Breaking Bad

Who will win - Ben Mendelsohn of Bloodline came close but Jonathan Banks for Better Call Saul is the clear winner in this category

Possible upset - Peter Dinklage for Game of Thrones is a possibility here.

Best Supporting Actress in a Drama

The Nominees:
Uzo Aduba for Orange is the New Black
Christine Baranski for The Good Wife
Emilia Clarke for Game of Thrones
Joanne Froggatt for Downton Abbey

Winner last year - Anna Gunn for Breaking Bad

Who will win - The ladies are giving a tough fight this year. Just like in the lead category, the supporting category tussle will come down to Christina Hendricks for Mad Men and Uzo Aduba for Orange is the New Black. I will pick Christina Hendricks, for this is her last chance to win an Emmy for her work in Mad Men.

Possible upset - Joanne Froggatt for Downton Abbey because of her Golden Globes nod.
