Box Office: Ranbir Kapoor's Sanju to make a SMASHING entry in the Rs 100 crore club today, here's the full break down

Rajkumar Hirani's latest offering, the Sanjay Dutt biopic titled Sanju has taken the box office by storm. The movie that stars Ranbir Kapoor as the protagonist is setting new records at the ticket windows, breaking one record at a time. The film has now gone on to become the highest weekend opener after Baahubali: The Conclusion. Sanju managed to rake in a staggering total of Rs 73.35 crore in the first two days of its release and going by the current trend of growth, the movie is likely to enter the coveted Rs 100 crore club on day 3, i.e., Sunday.

As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer is a total money spinner and the makers of Sanju have hit a major lottery with the kind of collections that it is gathering from all corners.

Friday: Rs 34.75 crore
Saturday: Rs 38.60 crore
Total: Rs 73.35 crore in two days. 

Sanju will become the seventh Hindi film to cross the Rs 100 crore mark this year so far.
