Two Mumbaikars jailed in Bangalore for cousin’s murder

Two youths from Mumbai have been arrested in connection with a recent murder of another Mumbaikar in Sai Palace lodge in Kadugodi.

The accused have been identified as Sadiq Sheikh, 22, and Azaruddin Sheikh, 23.

They are both residents of Mumbai.

Police said that the accused killed their relative Fayazuddin Sheikh, 19, a resident of Navi Mumbai on July 25, in Sai Palace Lodge and fled the scene.

When the cops interrogated them, the accused said that Fayazuddin has been having illicit affairs with their wives. All three men were working at a workshop in Mumbai. The three men, after checking in, consumed liquor.

After a while, the accused gagged Fayazuddin, strangled him with a rope and murdered him.  They hanged the dead body to the ventilator of the bathroom and fled the place.
