Michelle Obama graces the cover of Vogue magazine's December issue. Probably her last cover picture as the First Lady of United States of America as Melania Trump will soon take her place in the East Wing of the White House.

In the picture taken by creative genius Annie Leibowitz, the FLOTUS who is loved by millions and is known for her impeccable charm and unique style, is wearing a white, minimalistic yet dreamy Carolina Herrera gown as she poses amongst the blooms of the White House.

Speaking of blooms, Michelle Obama's love for her garden on the South Lawn of the vast majestic property of the White House, is a matter of pride for her.

Her campaign Let's Move in 2010 focused on bringing together community leaders, educators, medical professionals, parents, and others in a nationwide effort to address the challenge of childhood obesity. A part of that initiative is to provide healthier food in schools and helping kids be more physically active.

The move prompted her to curate a garden full of veggies to provide healthier choices for the White House chefs to cook with. Practising what she started preaching to kids and their families later on.

When Trump won, members of the Michelle Obama Fan club all across the globe were worried about what will happen to that beloved patch on Earth.

Well fret not, the Mother-in-Chief explained in an interview with Vogue, that she has already made arrangements for it to be taken care of. She has appointed the US National Park Service to take care of the garden and has raised $2.25 million of private funding to cover the costs.

This is a subtle message to future presidents of US and their wives that the South Lawn and that garden is not to be messed with.
