Is Kapil Sharma unhappy with the response to 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma'?

All eyes were on Kapil Sharma's comeback with a brand new show called 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma' on telly. Ending his eight months hiatus from TV, the actor's new show premiered on March 25th and while his dedicated fans are rejoicing Kapil's comeback, the show hasn't garnered a positive response.

Even during the show, Kapil was heard mocking at the mixed response from the audience when he said,  "TRPs toh nahi but humhe bahot mazza aa raha hai ye show karke'"

In his quest to do something 'hatke',  the actor wanted to try a new concept and innovate a game show with his comedy but reports are abuzz that Kapil is extremely unhappy with the audience's response. Within a week of show being on air, rumour mills were abuzz that the host has cancelled the shoot for over 6 times. Reports even claimed that the has backed out from shooting with Hichki star Rani Mukerji and even Baaghi 2 team, Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff. 

Rumour mills also hint that Kapil's show with Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda and Neha Pendse may go off air if it fails to grab viewer's attention. Even when Kapil Sharma tried doing something different with a film 'Firangi', it tanked at the box-office.

It seems like Kapil Sharma's loyal fan base want him to only do comedy and nothing beyond that.
