Starting this week, you will be able to add soundtrack to your Stories on Instagram.

While recording Stories with background sound was possible earlier, the new addition allows you to choose a track before or after recording the video, Engadget reported. All you need to do is tap on a photo or video and a music icon will show up. Tap on it further to select from the library to search and add a track.

To cater the needs of users residing in developing nations with erratic internet connectivity and entry-level devices with low storage, Instagram recently announced the Lite version of its app. Instagram Lite for Android is now available in select countries and it began testing in Mexico this week, TechCrunch reported.
