Gypsy Magic is best bet

Fourteen runners will take to the starting gates for the Fillies Trial Stakes, a Grade event, on the 10th day of the Bangalore meeting, to be held at the Bangalore Turf Club on Sunday.

Gypsy Magic, to be ridden by Wayne Smith, appeals the most. Coming from the stable of S Padmanabhan, this filly has never missed the board in her three last outings. And the distance of seven furlongs should be ideal for her.

The two fillies from Shroff’s yard should give Gypsy Magic a challenge. Jacqueline to be ridden by Malesh Narredu looks the best among the two. The other, Astral Flash, to be ridden by Neeraj Rawal, should make the race more interesting.
