Grandmaster Dmitry Kokarev (ELO 2612) of Russia emerged the unbeaten Champion with nine points after the final round of the third Mumbai Mayor’s Cup International chess that concluded at the Goregaon SC on Thursday. In the final round, Kokarev offered a draw to Grandmaster Thomas Luther just after seven moves.
