Oppo to unveil F1s selfie-focused smartphone in August

Oppo is gearing up to launch the Oppo F1s on August 3. The company made the announcement via Twitter. It reads, “Step up your selfie game! The all new #SelfieExpert #OPPOF1s is on the way. Mark your date for 3rd of august.”

However, no details regarding the device have been shared. The company states that the device will focus on photography and will sport a sleek design and snappy performance, while adding new features as well.

In conversation with GSM Arena, OPPO's Vice President and Managing Director of International Mobile Business Sky Li states, "Global reception for the F1 has been incredible and users have given us a lot of great feedback, so we wanted to go one step further to bring them the ultimate experience. The upgraded F1s is going to be a huge hit."

As of now, Oppo has released the Oppo F1 and F1 Plus smartphones under its "F" range which are basically, selfie smartphones. The F1 was launched in January this year and the F1 Plus was launched in the Indian market in April respectively.
