Gaana launches india’s first music streaming chatbot

Gaana has announced the debut of its Facebook Messenger chatbot.

Gaana Facebook Messenger chatbot is the world’s first music streaming chatbot inside the messenger app. 
 
At the time of its launch, the Gaana Facebook Messenger chatbot offers the following features to their users:

- Receive updates about the fresh content on Gaana's official website.
- Search for music on Gaana's official website.
- Share their favourite content with their Facebook friends.
- Send their feedback to Gaana.
- Go to the app/website directly from Facebook Messenger.

Gaana users can customise Facebook Gaana chatbot by clicking here. Moving forward, Gaana will focus more on training the chatbot for smart conversations. Users will also be able to sync the chatbot with their Gaana profile to receive more personalised music recommendations and create playlists based on their conversations with friends.
