Car used in loot traced to Vadodara

A car stolen from Vadodra on Wednesday is reported to have been used in the loot that took place in Ahmedabad. While the Ahmedabad police are investigating the case, the Vadodara crime branch has also started investigation.

The police have contended that the GJ-06 AA 3121 Maruti car, which was used by the looters, had Vadodara RTO registration.

After the Ahmedabad police intimated the Vadodara counterpart, the police started investigating and traced the rightful owner of the car. Crime branch officials have initiated further investigations.
