"Police and security agencies have taken measures for ensuring a conducive environment for the people to exercise their franchise without fear and intimidation," Khoda said after reviewing security situation in three districts - Bandipora, Baramulla and Kupwara - forming the constituency.

"No anti-people and anti-social elements will be allowed to vitiate a peaceful atmosphere and try to create any hurdles for people to cast their votes," the police chief said.
