External affairs minister Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday, refused to spell out any timeline for responding to Pakistan on the queries raised by it with regard to India's dossier on the Mumbai terror strikes.

"As and when we will be ready," Mukherjee said when asked by reporters as to when India will reply to the questions raised by Pakistan.

Pakistan, while responding to India's dossier of evidence on Mumbai attacks, had posed 30 questions on it.

India has said it will examine the questions asked for by Pakistan and would share whatever information is possible.

The senior Congress leader also evaded a direct reply when asked whether the BJP has been "frustrated" by the government taking away the terror issue from it by firmly dealing with the situation in the aftermath of the Mumbai carnage.

"What has been achieved is before the eyes of the people. They will comment," he said.

Replying to a question about BJP's claim that the failure of the Congress to go in for a national alliance in the Lok Sabha polls would result in the collapse of the UPA, Mukherjee shot back, saying "the taste of pudding is in eating it."

To another query, he denied any knowledge of the Congress going in for an alliance with the CPI(M) and BJP in Sikkim for the assembly polls slated later this year.
